This house offers the very best views on offer of the beautiful coast sweeping all the way from Whitianga township to Simpsons Beach. Situated on a quiet street with ample parking for cars and boats. There is a large outdoor deck and entertainment area, which includes an outside table/chairs/ BBQ. This outdoor entertainment area is very sheltered and the views are the best that any house in the area has to offer.
We accept a maximum of 6 adults plus 6 children. This house is suited for small/large or multiple families.

Summary: Ocean views, large home and great neighbourhood. The house was a perfect size for our family Christmas with plenty of space and a very large outdoor deck to enjoy the sun. The kitchen had plenty of catering plates and a modern BBQ. We loved our stay and Clive was very helpful. Thankyou for sharing your beautiful home!
